Next Day Delivery (UAE Orders Placed Before 10PM): AED 25 – Free shipping for orders above AED 250
Same Day Delivery (UAE Orders placed before 3PM for Dubai, 1PM for other Emirates): AED 30
Returns: Next day for UAE returns placed. Free for the first return per order, AED 20 for additional returns.
Cancellation policy: Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 14days for the refund transfer to be completed.

By processing your order payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions & Privacy terms.
After you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number to avoid any delays.
We charge an additional AED 10 for Cash On Delivery Orders.
International orders will take up to 7 days to be delivered. It may take longer due to the custom clearance and it may vary from country to country.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, litlhood cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

Customs policies vary from country to country. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to either accept or decline high-value orders. In the event that the order value exceeds a specific threshold, we will apply different shipping charges, which we will inform you about before issuing the invoice.
